Rovedana is an outsourced HR service provider. In simple terms, they help companies manage their staff and they do that with an HR software. As a product designer, I was responsible for conducting user research, development, design, branding, and assets.

As a product designer at Rovedana (HR360), I was responsible for redesigning the branding,
experience, interface, and assets to improve & increase the amount of monthly & daily
active users.
Rovedana pivoted their business model to transition into a software first company;
that way they could use the HR360 tool to manage staff
for companies and companies that don't want an outsourced service can use HR360 to manage their own staff themselves.
